TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Services

Amazon Automations provides professional e-commerce management, logistics, and consulting services for Amazon FBA sellers. We act as an independent contractor. We do not provide investment advice, securities, or guaranteed financial returns.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the minimum required liquid capital (as stated during the consultation) to sustain e-commerce operations, inventory purchases, and Amazon fees.

3. Payment & Fees

All management fees, setup costs, and profit-sharing structures are governed by the specific Service Agreement signed between the Client and Amazon Automations. Fees are non-refundable once operational work (product research/sourcing) has commenced.

4. Limitation of Liability

Amazon Automations is not responsible for:

Changes in Amazon’s Terms of Service that affect account standing.
Market volatility, shipping delays, or manufacturing defects.
Financial losses resulting from business operations.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA
